1 Mango, peeled, halved and stoned
1 Heaping tablespoon blueberries
2 Tablespoons natural yogurt
1 Heaped tablespoon oats
2 Tablespoons linseeds
150ml apple juice
150ml mineral water
Now just blend everything together

Yesterday morning my girlfriend decided that she would skip breakfast before we went for our Sunday morning run in the park. Most mornings we only run for about 35 minutes just to get the day started, as I don’t like running all the much. But on Sundays we go for a much longer run.
