Baked Sweet Potato Fries

  • 3 sweet potatoes (12 to 14 ounces each), peeled, cut into narrow wedges
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Spicy Apricot Dipping Sauce (optional)


  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Gently toss potatoes, oil, salt and pepper in large bowl until potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Divide potatoes between two large cookie sheets or jelly-roll pans.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Serve hot with sauce.
