Gordon Ramsay – Scrambled Eggs

Once you have your hangover under control, it’s time for a quick breakfast. Scrambled Eggs anyone?

Gordon Ramsay has a simple way to make the “perfect” scrambled egg.

Recipe included after the jump.



  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon creme fraiche


  • fresh ground black pepper
  • chopped chives


  1. Break eggs into a pan and add the cubed butter.
  2. Stir over a medium heat until the eggs clump and then add the creme fraiche.
  3. Remove from heat when eggs are clumpy, but soft.
  4. Season with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with a sprinkling of chopped chives.


Gordon serves his eggs with sautéed mushrooms/tomatoes (still on the vine), and sourdough toast.
